You must have a personality to match this busy hotel, always on the move and bubbly. The assistant food and beverage manager will support all of the operations from banqueting to bars, fine dining to breakfast buffet.
Assistant food and beverage manager must have:
- An operational and focused hands-on approach
- A 3* Hotel Background
- Experience of a Rosette Awarded Restaurant
- Knowledge of all aspects of HR
- Restaurant Management and Conference Management experience
- Attention to detail and a drive to succeed
- Hunger for the next step and have a real passion for the business
The ideal candidate will be an inspiration for the entire F&B staff and will pass on the passion for the industry and customer service to his/her team. This team is all about working hard and having fun. You will support the food and beverage manager in each part of the business and learn from some of the best in the industry.
